This premium, high-ratio soft wheat flour carries maximum levels of sugar and water, and is a smart choice for layer, sheet and cupcakes, as well as indulgent pies and pastries.

Milled from cleaned, sound, soft wheat, it's ideal for: Layer cakes, sheet cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes, pound cakes, sponge cakes, chiffon cakes, angel food cakes, snack cakes, tortes and jelly rolls.
