Located in Culpeper, Virginia, the Ardent Mills Culpeper facility was the most technologically advanced mill in the United States when it opened in 1970. Private trains were brought from Washington D.C. to tour the mill and take pride in the advancements made in the milling industry.

Culpeper makes many different blends of flour that get used for various finished goods, including bread, buns, pizza, rolls, pasta, specialty breads, snack foods and other tasty items. The Culpeper mill has a daily capacity of:

Where Does Culpeper Get its Wheat?

The Culpeper community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the mid-Atlantic and northeastern United States. The Culpeper community mill receives locally and regionally grown winter, spring, red, white, hard and soft wheat from many geographies, including fields in the Midwest, Canada, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
