Where Does Ayer Get its Wheat?
The Ayer community mill helps bring top-quality flour to the northeastern United States. Ayer receives locally and regionally grown hard, soft, red and winter wheat from many geographies, including fields in Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska and the Dakotas.

The Ardent Mills Ayer team is active in the community and often partners with local food banks and community development programs.
