Boasting protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals, pulses are the dry, edible seeds of legumes, including chickpeas, lentils, dry peas and beans. They're a nutritious choice for consumers and may also have a net-positive environmental impact on the farms where they're grown. Pulses are versatile in their whole form or when used as flours in pizza, pasta and baked goods, appealing to both health and environmentally minded consumers. Our chickpeas are locally sourced in Washington, Idaho, Montana, and North Dakota, and cleaned and processed in the Palouse area of Washington state, where we have been the industry leader in chickpeas for five generations.
