We work with a network of more than 132 sustainable smallholder organic family farms in the Bolivian Andes to grow and source our South American Quinoa. All of our South American Quinoa seeds, flour and other formats are USDA Certified Organic, NON- GMO, gluten-free, Kosher and traceable to the source of origin. From farm to processing, we have created an integrated, supply chain you can rely on for consistency, quality and safety.

White Quinoa Seeds

White quinoa seeds are light-colored round grain with an unmistakably nutty, earthy flavor.

Red Quinoa Seeds

Red quinoa seeds are a reddish-brown colored round grain, often having a somewhat deeper nutty flavor than white quinoa, as well as a slightly chewier texture.

Black Quinoa Seeds

Black quinoa seeds are a black or dark-brown colored round grain, often having a somewhat deeper nutty flavor than white quinoa, as well as a slightly chewier texture.

Quinoa Flakes

Quinoa flakes are quinoa seeds that have been rolled into very thin flakes. They are ideal for cereals, snacks, and baking applications.

Whole Grain Quinoa Flour

Quinoa flour is ground from whole grain quinoa seed. Whole grain Quinoa flour is used for many baked goods.

Quinoa Blends

A quinoa blend is quinoa mixed with other grains such as rice, seeds and other grains. We have rice blends and multigrain blends.
